Terrazzo Italia was an idea that emerged from the necessity of its owner and head chef to share his experience that was built throughout thirty four years, developed through his fifty-four years of age right after completing the Scuola Alberghiera in Italy. His experience includes having worked in places such as Italy, Caribbean, England and Ireland - always based in several different courses he took classes in order to achieve better results in his working techniques, all taken in institutes such as:

- L`Arte Bianca (Brescia, IT)
- Dolce e Salato (Madaloni, IT)
- Callebaut (UK)
- Scuola FIC (Arezzo, IT)
And others, also holding awards and duties such as:
- Maestro di Cucina
- President of the Associazione Professionista Dei Cuochi Italiani
The experience and of our head chef includes him having worked other places such as the Restaurant Villa Patriarca (IT) and the Royal College as a pastry chef, amongst other reputed places.
